The award acknowledges the bank's card dispute automation initiative, which has led to improved turnaround times in resolving various card dispute situations. This automation has allowed customers to access disputed funds more quickly and has significantly enhanced complaint resolution.
David Idoru, the Head of Consumer, Private, and Business Banking (CPBB) at Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria, expressed delight in receiving the prestigious award for Best Use of AI for Customer Experience. The Digital CX Awards for 2023 received a higher number of submissions compared to the previous year, with 702 entries received, surpassing the 600 submissions of the previous cycle.
