NSIA Group Acquires Four Insurance Subsidiaries of SANLAM Group
NSIA Group has acquired four insurance subsidiaries of Sanlam Group as part of its strategy to strengthen its position in West and Central Africa.
The acquisition includes Sanlam Life Insurance in Togo and Gabon, as well as Sanlam Non-Life Insurance in Congo and Guinea.
The Chairman of NSIA Group, Jean Diagou, stated that the acquisition aligns with the group's controlled development strategy, which has allowed it to establish a permanent presence in each country where it operates.
The acquisition aims to increase the group's market share in important countries and strengthen compliance with the regulator of the CIMA zone.
Diagou expressed optimism about the operation, saying it heralds promising prospects for stakeholders.
