Just in: Fire guts Agbeni market in Ibadan
Early on Sunday morning, a fire outbreak ravaged a section of the popular Agbeni market located in Ibadan, Oyo State. Agbeni market is renowned as one of Nigeria's largest markets for fabrics.
Reports indicate that the fire started at approximately 4:30 am and was brought to the attention of the Fire Services by Mr. Sunday Ogundele, a security personnel from Access Bank, at precisely 4:37 am. Yemi Akinyemi, the General Manager of the Fire Services, confirmed the incident to Sunday Vanguard
