Edo govt moves to check fuel scarcity, price hike
In Benin City, the Edo State Government has initiated an inspection process to tackle fuel scarcity, hoarding, and price increases of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) within the state. A task force has been established to oversee the regulation of fuel distribution.
On Tuesday, the task force conducted inspections of fuel stations in the Benin Metropolis to ensure that hoarding is prevented and to address concerns related to artificial scarcity and unjustified price hikes of petroleum products in the state.
